SHIPPING POLICY


When it comes to online shopping, First Class Life® Shop (FCL) of Lindsey Vertner Global (LVG) prides itself on providing you with a clear and transparent shipping policy.


LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO PROCESS?

Orders are processed within 3 business days after your order is placed, Monday through Friday. Example: If you order on a Monday, your order will be processed by Thursday at the latest. If you order on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, your order will be processed by Wednesday at the latest. LVG will always try to process orders as quickly as possible. Please, note that holidays or high traffic events (ie promotional periods, sales, etc) may result in extended processing times. We will always do our best to communicate any known delays. 


HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?

Some items take longer than others to manufacture. However, most items are shipped within 14 business days after processing. We will always do our best to communicate any known delays. 


DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! LVG/FCL ships within all of the United States and most international countries. International destinations may take longer to receive. 


HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Unfortunately, this is not a cut and dry answer. Shipping rates vary based on a number of variables, such as: package weight, package dimensions, delivery location, etc. To keep shipping expenses as low as possible for you, we do offer multiple shipping options through all mainstream delivery outlets (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.). We will always do our best to communicate any known shipping delays. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 


International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. LVG/FCL is NOT responsible for these charges if they are applied.


WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME? 

We understand the excitement you experience when shopping online. That’s why we’re equally excited to deliver the product without a scratch and as quickly as possible. Delivery times can vary based on the final destination of your order. While we try to get your products into your hands as fast as possible, online orders usually take 3-14 days to arrive. In extremely rare cases, it may take up to 21 days. Like you, our valued staff likes to enjoy life, as well. As such, the only times we can’t deliver are Sundays and Public Holidays.


HOW DO I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?

You will receive an email confirmation upon placing your order. When your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please, allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 


If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@LindseyVertner.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
