I want to return my purchase. What do I do?
All of our shipping & return information can be found under the "Our Policies" tab at the bottom of the website. 

To summarize: Due to the nature of our products and to maintain sustainability, all sales and purchases are final. Many of our physical products are manufactured on demand - this means the product isn't made until your order is placed. It's custom, so to speak! Also, the intellectual property and value from digital purchases are available immediately upon purchase and not applicable to be returned. Lastly, this policy helps to prevent fraud and "buyer's remorse" from those that choose to walk with less integrity. 

However, you're living a First Class Life® and we want you to be 100% satisfied. If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please submit a claim and we will do our best to make it right for you! More information on the aforementioned policies tab.


Do you offer live chat support?
Unfortunately, this feature is not available. If you have questions, you may send an email to Support@LindseyVertner.com for assistance. You will receive a response within 2 business days. 

How can I write a review on a product?
We love reviews! So, we made it as easy as 1-2-3 for you! 

  1. On any product page, scroll down towards the bottom.
  2. Click on "Write a Review".
  3. Submit the info to leave your review! 


How do I unsubscribe from any of your mailing lists?
We'd hate to see you go, but we support you nonetheless! At the bottom of any email, click the "Unsubscribe" button. That's it. We'll miss you but wish you the best!

I tried to check out and the item in my shopping cart disappeared. What happened?
We're sorry that you weren't able to complete your order. Items are live and reflect what is currently in stock. Placing an item in your shopping cart does not guarantee a hold on that item. Only completing the checkout process guarantees your "hold". Until checkout is complete, items in your cart are still available for others to purchase. If that happens, you will receive a message on the shopping cart page informing you that the item is no longer available and that you should remove it from your cart.

The item I want is out of stock. What do I do now?
We're very sorry that your desired item is out of stock. Visit us daily or join our email list to know about the latest updates to our collections.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Please, note that the credit card must be issued and contain a logo from either Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express. We also accept PayPal and Amazon Pay.

Do you charge sales tax on any item?
Any applicable tax will be calculated on your order total and displayed on your final order confirmation.

What can cause my order to be delayed?
1. The #1 reason for delayed orders is a typo in the mailing address. Please be sure that your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. Don't forget any apartment/suite numbers, building numbers, box numbers, etc. 

2. If the billing information you provided does not match what your financial institution has on file, your order may be delayed. 

3. As of September 2021, there is an ongoing issue all over the world with shipping handlers from all providers due to the effects of COVID-19. 

We will always do our best to communicate any known delays in advance. 

What are cookies? Do I need to enable cookies on my browser?
